These terms cover your use of RaceCloud: the website at racecloud.ai, the web app at app.racecloud.ai, and the RaceCloud mobile app for iPhone, iPad and Android.
1. Who we are

2. Your account
You sign in with Apple or Google. Your account is created the first time you sign in. You’re responsible for keeping access to that Apple or Google account secure.
If you manage profiles for other drivers, such as your children, you confirm you’re allowed to do so.
3. Teams
A team principal controls the team workspace, including who can join and what each role can see and edit. Team data belongs to the team.
4. Plans and payment
New sign-ups have free access until 1 January 2027. After that, subscriptions are billed monthly per driver seat through Stripe. You can change seats or cancel at any time; you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
5. GridBot and AI features
GridBot gives guidance based on your data, karting knowledge and the weather. AI can make mistakes; check before you act. You remain responsible for decisions about your kart, your setup and your safety.
6. Acceptable use
Keep the Paddock friendly and on topic. Don’t post anything unlawful, abusive or that you don’t have the right to share. We may hide content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
7. Ending your account
You can ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
8. Liability
